macam mana syarikat-syarikat telekomunikasi ni boleh bagi harga yang sangat murah..terutama syarikat telekomunikasi swasta..
rupanya that portion of bandwith yg diorang ada da fixed.. so wheher or not it has been utilized..they will still pay for the same cost.. so they will sell it in lowest price so that they can maximise the empty space in the bandwith..
p/s:aku x tau penggunaan perkataan "bandwith" itu betul..aku agak2 j r..tp teori nyer camtu r.. haha..x tau la kalo nama benda alah ni bukan "bandwith"..;P
